Every business needs to establish good relationships with other countries to gain success. Taking a little time to understand the business etiquette of the culture, you are not only investing your time in bringing business to your company but also playing a role in changing the history of the business world. When it comes to doing business internationally, the importance of? etiquette cannot be overstressed. Though language is the main tool of our business relation but we should not ignore the basic etiquette such as dress code, gestures, forms of address and greetings and be aware of these local protocols. For example, how would you greet an Indian colleague? They will be delighted if you greet them using the Namaste (where the palms of the hands are brought together at chest level with a slight bow of the head). In the Middle East, people consider a handshake at the beginning and one at the time when they are leaving.
